Alexandra Pohl
Raised in a real estate family, Alexandra Pohl brings an owner’s mindset to hospitality: buy with discipline, reposition with taste, operate with precision, and build places guests remember. As Founder and CEO of 3, she leads the platform’s investment vision, brand standards, capital strategy, acquisition discipline, and partner relationships.
Her leadership background blends real estate exposure, institutional operating discipline, senior U.S. federal leadership experience, and a performance-driven athletic foundation. She translates that mix into a hospitality platform built around clear underwriting, repeatable operations, direct guest relationships, and values-led execution.
- Dual degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science; MBA in Global Business Management.
- Operating discipline from 7+ years at Toyota and Danfoss, grounded in lean and the Toyota Production System.
